- Collecting industrial problems from member chambers and companies and sending them to an academy to coordinate with research centers to search for the most appropriate experts and researchers to solve those problems

Developing index to circulate this information and facilitate its utilization
- Monitoring patents suitable for industrial application and marketing
- To develop the institutional performance in scientific research by applying the results of scientific research among industrial companies in an attempt to provide expertise in an easy way to factories
- Establishing the relationship between the leaders of the executive industry and scientific research establishments.
