Mission:

1. Holding more local and international scientific agreements and protocols to attract more research projects.
2. Assist in granting protection to scientific research and innovations for the purpose of marketing them later.
3. Linking scientific innovation and research to the industry by marketing the outputs of scientific research in industrial society.
4. Coordination and integration between the work of the three offices: the Office of Technology Transfer and commercialization, the Office of Innovation and Technology Support, and the Office of Grants and International Relations.
