A visit to all the industrial chambers at the Federation of Egyptian Industries building, to:

2. List the types of industrial problems and present them to the specialized research institutes to expand solutions to those problems.
3. Hold meetings between researchers and factories that have industrial problems.
4. Design a profile of methods of cooperation between the Federation of Industries (companies) and the Academy of Scientific Research and send a fax to all major factories.
5. Make field visits to the factories that want to cooperate.
6. Describe of the implementation mechanism to achieve communication between consultants in scientific research and industrial problems with factories.
7. Achieve benefit to researchers and providing solutions for factories.
8. Collect data from the industrial chambers for problems that need development mechanisms using scientific research.
9. Review these areas in a seminar in the academy and send these fields to all research institutes.
10. Attempt to achieve benefit for the industrial chambers and their members - searching for sources of financing.
11. Purpose: Marketing the researches and experience of research institutes and directing future researches towards developing the industry by looking at practical problems and aspirations.
12. Submit proposals to the highest authorities in the country from the industry, such as:

14. General incentive to benefit from reverse engineering.

16. Introducing the available Egyptian patents to try to implement them:
